Classic Ring hilt.
(AVBN #84)
The Classic ring hilt has 4-9 bars along each side and some even had an extra rig on theouter guard. The disadvantage of this style is that the ring material becomes thinner and thinner to make the rapier balance. This is fine for stopping a blade once or twice but doesn't hold up well in hard practice: This hilt is made with slightly smaller stock so that an extra ring can be added and still only be slightly less robust than the common ring hilt.

- $520 with the Rapier blade.
- Guard Only: $300
- Entire hilt (Guard, handle, pommel ): $360
- ADD $25 for the black finish
- Blade Fullering Add $40
